My name is Megan. I have enjoyed participating in various sports from rock climbing to kickboxing to CrossFit. Inspired by my own life changes, I decided to immerse myself in the fitness community to help others maintain healthy and high quality lifestyles. I received my first certifications from National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and began personal training in 2016. Shortly after, I completed my CrossFit L-1 course and began working in a fast-paced high-intensity environment. After a few years I received further education and obtained my Level 2 certifications. I’ve been coaching, personal training, programming, and even competing for the last 5 years and am always excited to learn more. I enjoy participating in new sports and teaching new methods of fitness. I’m excited to see where my journey with Napa Hot Yoga will take me!
